WATCH THIS SPACE:   NMHDU will host a concluding conference for the National EI Programme in February 2010 to draw together representation from all EI services and key stakeholders to determine what support might replace the programme.

December 2009:  The successful conclusion of 6 years of support for EI marks the close of the National Early Intervention programme.  The programme leaves a legacy of active partnerships at local, regional and national level to support the integration of policy, practice and research.

Value base:   The Early Psychosis Declaration, endorsed by the WHO (2004), has guided the programme by ensuring the experiences of young service users and their families demonstrably at the heart of its work.
